This is possibly the best burger I’ve ever had, and I’ve had my fair share. My wife had a craving for a good old-fashioned hamburger, so I searched for highly-rated places nearby and stumbled upon Keller’s Drive-in. The reviews were promising, so we decided to give it a shot. To our surprise, we discovered an exceptional burger joint at a drive-in. It transported us back to the places we used to visit as kids, but what set it apart was the burger itself. It was juicy, bursting with flavor, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of veggies. Unlike many places that drown the burger in lettuce, here at Keller’s, they strike the perfect harmony between veggies and the meat. And let’s not forget that fantastic seeded bun it’s served on. One reviewer mentioned this is a burger to try before you die, and if I were to go tonight, I’d do so with a smile! This burger truly ranks as the best I’ve ever had. The carhops are fantastic too! If you’re lucky enough to be served by Amanda, she’ll elevate your experience even more with her delightful service. The fries and tots were good, but the shakes were the perfect accompaniment to the burger. I can’t wait to return to Dallas and have another Keller’s burger. We have a list of our favorite eateries, and Keller’s has earned its place on that list. Just thinking about this incredible drive-in makes me hungry all over again. Keller’s is an iconic Texas classic! After seeing it featured on a burger show, I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. It’s an authentic old-school burger joint with carhops who come right up to your car to take your order. I ordered the number 5 special along with a beer (yes, they serve beer!). The burger was fantastic, and the bun was a true highlight. The special sauce added that extra layer of flavor. It beats In-N-Out and any other fast-food burger I’ve had. If I lived in Dallas, I’d be a regular here. The prices are excellent, with nothing over $5. Keller’s is a true Texas classic, like stepping back in time.

After passing by this somewhat run-down looking place for years, I finally decided to give it a shot. Keller’s is a spacious drive-in (not a drive-through). You park, and a carhop comes to take your order. Unfortunately, the menu is displayed on a single wall next to the walk-up order window. The carhops take your order on iPads, and everything can be customized. The buns are seed-covered, so they might not be for everyone. However, the shakes are out of this world, and the prices are very reasonable. When your order is ready, they place it on your window, just like the old-fashioned drive-ins.

We discovered Keller’s after watching it featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, and we were not disappointed. The service is exceptional, and the burgers are fantastic. Their homemade hickory smoke sauce is a standout. A terrific choice indeed.
